Hello PILC 1Ls,
We are excited to have you participate in this year’s PILC Auction! In order to receive your summer funding, you are required* to assist the PILC Auction coordinating committee for at least one hour on either the day of the Auction (Feb 27) or in the days before the auction (Feb 24, 25, and 26). This is in addition to the canvassing requirement that you completed last fall.
To fulfill this requirement, please see the details below.
1. In this spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/a/nyu.edu/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AsAt5293sFFBdHBNaGxSWDFMdXhnZDBDTGxpOEdIeFE&usp=sharing), please fill in your name and email in at least one time slot for tabling or day-of help with the auction. On the tabling days, you are expected to help sell tickets for and promote the PILC fair. On the day of, you are expected to assist with any tasks required by the auction coordinators.
2. Fill in a blank (white) box on the Google doc, not a black one. Once you have signed up, someone will contact you with the specifics of your assignment. If you have any questions or difficulties getting an assignment, please contact nyupilcauction@gmail.com.
3. DO NOT delete or modify another student’s time slot, and please DO NOT reserve a time slot for another student.
4. You are required to fill in your name and email by Friday, February 21st
* Committee members do not need to sign up for anything on this Google doc. You will fulfill your requirements through participation on your committee.
