NYU Law Professor Kenji Yoshino debates Heritage Foundation Fellow Ryan T. Anderson on the legal implications of US v. Windsor Hollingsworth v. Perry.

Windsor was the case which the section that defined marriage as a man and a woman was struck down in DOMA, while Perry was the case that struck down Proposition 8 in California (defining marriage as 1 man and 1 woman).
