Monday, June 30, at 6:00 pm is the deadline to make and submit your employer selections for Early Interview Week (EIW). In order to make your employer selections, you must have previously uploaded your resume onto CSM.
If you have previously uploaded your resume onto CSM, please make sure that it is updated and includes your Summer 2014 job description. You can revise your resume throughout the summer; employers will not be able to view student resumes until Monday, July 21, so all edits should be implemented by that date. Students are advised to bring hard copies of further updated resumes (e.g., to include journal membership) to their EIW interviews.
Friday, July 18 at 12:00 p.m. is the deadline for students to complete the summer job search information and employment critique on CSM. You will not be able to view your preliminary EIW schedule until your critique has been submitted.
Each year OCS gathers statistical information on your summer job search and compiles this information for use by next year’s class. Those of you who used prior years’ employment critiques or who may have benefited from the counseling advice derived from them know how helpful this information can be in your own job search. We are now asking you for a candid account of your summer experience despite the fact that it may still be in progress. This information is for the exclusive use of NYU law students – employers do NOT have access to this information. You will have the option of maintaining anonymity and may also opt to not make your critique available to other students.
