Our panel will bring together leaders in law and business to discuss how equity crowdfunding will impact the investment and entrepreneurial landscape in the United States. Our panel will specifically focus on the impact of the impending legislation (notably Title III of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act) on entrepreneurs and traditional sources of capital. Moreover, the panel will examine the strengths and weaknesses of the SEC’s proposed rules. The panel will be moderated by Jill Kickul, and speakers include Daniel I. DeWolf, Ryan Feit, Anindya Ghose, and David S. Rose.
This event is eligible for 1.5 CLE credits in the Areas of Professional Practice category for New York State CLE credit. It will be appropriate for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys
