Dear Students,
Exams are coming up and it’s time to prepare your laptop for the exam period. In-class exams require the use of a laptop configured with the exam software, Exam4. You must install the latest version and upload a Practice Exam using your Fall 2014 Exam ID by 2pm Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
Visit the Exam4 page for instructions on installing the Exam4 software, taking a Practice Exam, a short How-To video, FAQ and a Features page.
- If any of your exams require use of multiple choice, or word counts for individual questions, please explore the FAQ and Features pages.
To be considered compliant for Fall 2014 Finals, you must take and properly submit “Practice Exam Final” by 2pm Tuesday, December 2, 2014 and check your status in ExamReporter. Don’t risk losing time during your exams! For non-compliant students, the clock does not stop if you encounter a computer problem in the classroom.
Important
- Not sure of your compliance status? Find that, your Exam ID, and any successful exam uploads at ExamReporter
- Any previous Practice Exams do not count towards compliance (e.g. mid-semester exams, last semester’s/year’s finals, etc.)
- Make sure to use your current Exam ID
- The only exam name that counts towards compliance is “Practice Exam Final”
Make certain to give yourself enough time before the compliance deadline to go through this process. Don’t wait until the last minute. Contact ITS if you run into issues.
Good luck with your exams!
