Please join the Information Law Institute and the Electronic Privacy Information Center for a discussion on the recently published book, Privacy in the Modern Age The Search for Solutions.
The threats to privacy are well know: the NSA tracks our phone calls, Google records where we go online, companies constantly lose our personal information, and our children are fingerprinted and their test scores saved for posterity.
Join contributing authors Helen Nissenbaum, Frank Pasquale, Sheila Kaplan and Faiza Patel as they offer insights into the solutions for the most critical privacy, data protection, and surveillance questions of our time. The discussion will be moderated by contributing editor Katherine Strandburg. Opening remarks by contributing editor Jeramie Scott.
Books will be available for purchase and signing.
