Federal Government Opportunity at EIW – Sign up!
Interested in federal government? Want significant, hands-on experience for your 2L summer? Sign up through EIW starting August 6 for an interview with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal agency with a diverse, cutting-edge practice spanning litigation, bankruptcy, employee benefits, administrative law, and transactions.
The PBGC protects the pensions of nearly 44 million American workers and retirees. It is involved in some of the most complex industrial bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, and restructurings in the country, as well as litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
Interested students can sign up for an interview slot using a resume only (no cover letter or pre-screening!) when EIW open sign-up begins on August 6. Interviews with PBGC will be held on August 14.
See the attached fact sheet for more information about the PBGC and its internship program. For any questions about signing up, please contact Cassandre Stump (cassandre.stump@nyu.edu) or Jennifer Leibowitz (jennifer.leibowitz@nyu.edu).
