Summer Intern (2Ls); Corporation, New York, NY – CSM ID 440345. Legal Interns will be monitored by in-house attorneys, interact frequently with other members of the legal department, research actual legal issues, assist in transactions (if applicable), and write memoranda regarding topics that impact operations. The internship allows law students to undertake specific projects relating to litigation, legal research, internal process management, and management of legal databases.
Summer Associate (2Ls); Law Firm, New York, NY – CSM ID 440441. Summer associates will have the opportunity to work on several projects with different lawyers in a variety of practice areas. Summer Associates also observe and, when possible, assist in trials, hearings, depositions and negotiations, and participate in client meetings and closings.
