Tuesday, October 20, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., Furman Hall Room 326
This fall, NYU Law’s Professor Wyman is helping to organize 3 talks with leading practitioners of public interest environmental law.
On October 20, please come and hear Hal Connolly, who has an NYU Law JD, speak on his career, current work with Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, and the current policy context for climate change.
Hal Connolly (NYU Law 2002, Senior Vice President of Programs at The Climate Reality Project) will speak about how he came to work on climate change after working at a corporate law firm, and his current role at the Climate Reality Project. During the course of the talk, Hal also will give us a perspective on the upcoming talks in Paris and current efforts to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, drawing on Hal’s earlier work experience in Congress. Previously, Connolly worked in the office of Senator Robert Menendez.
Light food will be served.
Please RSVP to Cory Conley, at cory.conley@nyu.edu.
