Join the Fair Defense Project for an event with Mika Dashman, an attorney, mediator and restorative justice practitioner, for an introduction to restorative justice practices in NYC. She will discuss her work as the Founder and Lead Organizer at the Restorative Justice Initiative, a citywide, cross-sector advocacy project promoting restorative principles, practices and programs throughout NYC. We will also learn about peacemaking/community-building circles, which Mika facilitates for organizations, student and professional groups.
