Judge Raymond Chen ’94 of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will hold a clerkship talk with any students who are interested in clerking. All students interested in clerking after graduation, especially those with an interest in IP/Copyright/Trademark/Patent Law, are encouraged to attend.
The Federal Circuit was established under Article III of the Constitution on October 1, 1982. The court was formed by the merger of the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals and the appellate division of the U.S. Court of Claims. Jurisdiction includes all federal judicial districts.
