The survey itself contains these instructions:
“NYU must track recent student work experiences in order to comply with state regulatory requirements. We do not need to track all work–only work which occurs: 1). outside NY state; and 2). which the school was involved in setting up; and 3). isn’t going to be a full-time job post-graduation. Again, we only need information about positions which meet all three of the above criteria. If you do not meet the above criteria, you do not need to fill out this survey. Please enter information below for each work experience which occurred between May 21, 2015 and the present (Nov. 2015).
