The OCS has an exciting opportunity for a “field trip” to Facebook NY’s offices. Our host, Peter Elkins-Williams, JD/MBA ‘11, works in Media/News Business Development. Peter will provide students with a bird’s eye view into his work at Facebook, and talk to you about his career path. Before Facebook, Peter was Associate Director of Corporate Business Development at Atlantic Media, a Fellow in the US Senate on the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and a Term Associate at Two Sigma Investments. Students will be given a brief tour and will then participate in an interactive discussion with Peter. This is a purely informational visit that has been organized exclusively for NYU Law JD students in an effort to educate students on a variety of career paths and gain an insider’s view into leading companies. The visit is limited to 20 students and Wendy Siegel from OCS will accompany the group.

Students will receive a response from OCS regarding their attendance (either confirmed or waitlisted) by November 25. You will need to show photo ID. A final confirmation and reminder will be sent to participants and will include specific location and instructions.
