Many LL.M. students are interested in complementing their studies with practical experience in the U.S. The legal market is difficult to navigate for foreign LL.M. students, but many still find their unique place in the U.S. legal profession. Our panel of successful LL.M. graduates will share their experiences and provide concrete advice to LL.M. students on how to approach the job search. The panel is composed of both LL.M. graduates who entered the legal workforce some years ago as well as those who secured employment in 2015. We will discuss whether the market has improved or declined and whether the recommended approach to securing employment has changed.
