Calling all 2Ls: Did you find the Journal Writing Competition stressful, complicated, pointless, and a drain on your sanity? Or did you love it desperately? The SBA and the Journal Steering Committee are looking for interested 2Ls to join a task force to review possible options for Journal Writing Competition reform.
Our aim: to make the competition less stressful and more useful for competitors and journals alike. If you’re interested in joining the task force (minimal time commitment), please email Alec Webley at aaw378@nyu.edu. Interested 3Ls also welcome, but to ensure no unfair advantage this coming summer, 1Ls are not.
