Since the 1995-96 academic year, the Kirkland & Ellis New York City Public Service Fellowship has been awarded annually to one NYU School of Law graduate to pursue public service employment for one year in New York City. Applicants must partner with a host organization, a non-profit organization within the five boroughs of New York City, and may create and fill a new position within the organization or pursue an independent public service project affiliated with the organization. The Fellow’s work must principally and directly benefit New York City residents. For more information, including the application, please see the fellowship website. Please contact Sarah Hudson-Plush at PILC (sarah.hudsonplush@nyu.edu) with any questions.
