Join NYU’s Mediation Organization, Law Women, and Sports Law as we explore the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Many clients are turning to ADR as a way to settle disputes outside of the courtroom. Our panel will focus on mediation, negotiation, and arbitration.
