Please join us for a lunch conversation with Rick Pildes, Sudler Family Professor of Constitutional Law and one of the nation’s leading voting rights advocates.
Just last term, Professor Pildes successfully argued in Alabama Democratic Conference v. Alabama, persuading the Supreme Court to strike down a racial gerrymander. In this lunch conversation, Professor Pildes will discuss the Alabama Democratic Conference case, and generally how one pursues and strategizes a racial gerrymandering lawsuit.
