The Judicial Clerkship Office (JCO) will hold a few “How-To Sessions” on the nuts and bolts of creating paper and OSCAR clerkship applications. We will discuss and demonstrate the steps you’ll need to take to put together applications to judges who want only paper applications – from mail merge, to which envelopes to use, to getting recommendation letters, etc.
In addition, we will walk you through setting up your OSCAR account with your application documents and recommenders, as well as searching for open positions and creating draft and final applications.
These sessions will take place in the OCS/PILC/JCO Conference Room in Furman Hall, Room 430. Currently, we have scheduled 3 sessions with 4 seats per session as follows:
Tuesday, February 9 from 4:00-5:00
Thursday, February 11 from 11:00-12:00
Wednesday, February 17 from 3:30-4:30
