Please refer to the information below on how to update your May 2016 Graduation information using Albert:
Graduation Applications:
- Please note we have entered your May 2016 Degree Application on your behalf. This application ensures that you are on the degree list and that you receive all mailings relevant to graduation. See the web site: http://www.nyu.edu/registrar/graduation/apply.html.
In order to be eligible for the J.D. degree, a student must have completed all graduation requirements and timely submitted all required forms. This includes entering current address and telephone information for summer contact.
Diplomas:
- Even though graduation is several months away, now would be a good time to check your address information for your diploma. Please note that the Office of the University Registrar mails diplomas to graduating students starting in late September/early October. Diplomas are sent to students at their permanent address listed in Albert. Please see the following link for more information and please update your permanent mailing address now: http://www.nyu.edu/registrar/graduation/diplomas.html
The University will not mail diplomas to NYU Law housing addresses. You can check your permanent address by going to NYU Home.
- If you would rather pick up your diploma in person, please fill out a diploma card at the Student Services Center located at 25 West 4th Street and indicate that you would like to pick up your graduation document and the address and phone number where they may contact you, when the document arrives from the printer. You may also mail or fax a signed statement with the information requested above to the Office of the University Registrar at P.O. Box 910, New York, NY 10276-0910 or fax # (212) 995-4558 respectively.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Records and Registration either by email: law.registration@nyu.edu or telephone: 1-212-998-6040.
