The deadline to submit bids for week 4 of Spring OCI is 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8; schedules are available for viewing as of 1:00 p.m. on February 8.

The deadline to cancel an interview or opt-in to an employer waitlist is Wednesday, February 10 at 11:59 p.m. Instructions on how to cancel an interview and opt in to an employer waitlist are provided below.
TO CANCEL INTERVIEWS:
You may cancel a scheduled interview until 11:59 p.m. EST on the Wednesday prior to the employer’s scheduled visit to campus.
- Select the OCI tab on the navigation bar and under Employers/Bidding, choose the Session from the dropdown menu (for example, 2015-2016 Spring OCI: Week 4 (02/16/2016 – 02/19/2016)), make sure that ‘Show All’ displays in the Employers dropdown menu, then press the Apply Search
- Click on the Interview Date for the interview you wish to cancel (it will appear as a hyperlink – Scheduled for February 16th) and click the Cancel Interview button either above or below the employer’s name.
Please note that students who have received an offer of employment and who would like to cancel their interviews after the February 10 deadline are not able to cancel on their own; students must contact Cassandre Stump (cassandre.stump@nyu.edu) for assistance.
WAITLIST POLICY AND PROCEDURES:
- To maintain your waitlist status with a private sector employer, you must affirm your waitlist status online by clicking the “Opt-In” button next to the Employer Name by 11:59 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the employer’s scheduled visit to campus. We will run the waitlist lottery on the next day, which is the Thursday prior to the employer’s scheduled visit on campus. Updated schedules will be available at 1:00 pm on that same day (Thursday).
- Students who are not scheduled for an interview through the waitlist lottery should try to obtain an interview via Open Sign-Up (as detailed below) and/or In Person Free Sign-Up.
If the cancellation deadline has passed and a student remains on the employer’s waitlist, the student may contact the employer directly to express his/her interest in the employer’s office/practice, and to request to be added to the schedule during the lunch break or at the end of the day. The latter is entirely at the employer’s discretion.
