Lester Pollack Colloquium, Furman Hall 9th Floor
Please join the Moot Court Board for the final argument of the National Immigration Law Competition, the nation’s largest and most prestigious moot court competition focusing exclusively on immigration law and open to the best moot court teams from across the country. The competition will focus on a version of current case Hizam v. Kerry which considers the State Department’s ability to revoke your citizenship.
The final argument will be judged by Judge Stephen Reinhardt (9th Circuit), Senior Judge Raymond Fisher (9th Circuit), and Judge Richard Paez (9th Circuit, author of the opinion striking down Arizona SB 1070).
The argument will be followed by a short, yet lavish, cocktail reception. Please RSVP on the Moot Court Board website so we have an accurate food count.
