“Mission Possible: Developments in Social Enterprise and Impact Investing”

This year’s JLB Spring Symposium is on the topic of Social Enterprise. The panels will address recent trends in social enterprise and impact investing under venture capital, private equity, and asset management models.
The first panel will provide an overview of the impact investing landscape (successes and failures) and discuss the effects of recent regulatory guidance on investing behavior. The second panel will address how investors can embed impact metrics into the legal terms of transaction documents to incentivize company performance for social good. Reception to follow at 8:00pm.
