LAMP Moot Court of the College of Arts and Science, will have a panel of 3 justices and 2 advocates who will argue a case that is under consideration by the US Supreme Court. The case, Utah v. Strieff, seeks to answer the question of whether evidence seized incident to a lawful arrest made pursuant to an arrest warrant should nonetheless be excluded when the arrest warrant was discovered during an illegal stop.
