Named for the famous NYU Alumnus, the Orison S. Marden Competition is an annual, school-wide moot court tournament open to all second and third-year students. The NYU Moot Court Board administers the competition and drafts the problems for both the Fall Elimination and Spring Semifinal Rounds. For the final argument on April 4, 2016, the Moot Court Board will welcome Associate Justice Elena Kagan of the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Judge William A. Fletcher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as panelists.
Due to space limitations, seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Overflow viewing will be available in Vanderbilt Hall, room 204. Register here by April 1.
