We are pleased to announce our 8th annual spring Washington D.C. trip! Spring is a great time to visit D.C. as the famous cherry trees should be in bloom (although we cannot guarantee this – fingers are crossed!) The trip includes: transportation to and from Washington D.C. on a chartered bus; a two-night stay at Hotel Palomar, a top-rated D.C. hotel in the hip Dupont Circle area; visit to the U.S. Supreme Court; a walking tour of the memorials; one breakfast; a happy hour; and free time to visit D.C.’s museums and other sights.
Notes:
-The D.C. trip is limited to 50 LL.M. students (if there is greater demand, we may be able to accommodate additional students depending on hotel availability; transportation is limited to the first 50 students who sign up as that is the capacity of the bus)
-Sign-ups will begin the first day of spring semester classes, Tuesday, January 21.
-Each room accommodates two; students share a room with another student. If you wish, you may select your roommate at the time you sign-up.
-Please bring the following when you come to OGA to reserve a spot:
- Payment: $250 per student. Please bring payment in cash (exact change) or personal check made out to NYU School of Law (not NYU Law School)
- Completed Emergency Contact Form
A preliminary itinerary and the Emergency Contact Form can be requested by emailing law.graduateaffairs@nyu.edu.
Please note that spots will not be reserved until payment and completed emergency form are submitted to OGA.
