Description: IT-Lex is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to educational, literary, and scientific advancement in the field of technology law. Their 2014 Technology Law Writing Competition is being sponsored by Foley & Lardner LLP. All law students in good standing at an ABA accredited law school are eligible to enter the competition. Submissions must address technology law topics, and meet the criteria and specifications listed at www.it-lex.org/writing-contest.
Winners receive cash prizes, publication in the IT-Lex Journal, and invitations to become IT-Lex Members. The First place winner will have the opportunity to present his/her article at the IT-Lex Innovate Conference on October 9th and 10th of 2014.
