The N.Y.U. Review of Law & Social Change (http://socialchangenyu.com/) invites rising 3Ls to join our vibrant community as Staff Editors for the 2016-2017 academic year.  RLSC publishes progressive legal scholarship related to social change in four issues per year. We are guided by a vision of page-to-practice scholarship that considers the relationship between the law and peoples’ lived experiences. The term is not construed narrowly to require that each article result in discrete recommendations for practitioners. Rather, it is intended to encompass novel theoretical approaches to intractable legal problems, concrete policy suggestions, and advice to litigators and direct service providers.

Interested applicants should contact the Editors-in-Chief, Hugh Baran and Elisa Cariño, for more details about how to apply by emailing law.rlsc.eic@nyu.edu.

You may apply to be a 3L Staff Editor if you are a JD who did not complete either the 1L or Transfer Writing Competition or a JD who did not match a journal in the writing competition or the second-round match.
