Each scholarship candidate must write an original paper on any legal issue of current interest in the area of entertainment, arts, or sports law. Papers must be 12–15 pages in length, double-spaced, and include footnotes in Bluebook form. Papers longer than 15 pages total will not be considered. Each scholarship candidate will receive a complimentary membership in the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section through December 31, 2014. The Winner will be announced and the Scholarship awarded during the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Annual Meeting held during the New York State Bar Association Annual Meetings in January, 2014. A unique opportunity to get your work published and receive a $2,500.00 scholarship.
