1L students who have applied for Summer Funding must participate in the Public Service Auction, either through canvassing assignments that were assigned in the fall, or through working at the Public Service Auction coming up this February 27, as well as attend two qualifying PILC events, such as the Leader in Public Interest Series lectures.

- Feb. 26: Leaders in Public Interest Series featuring Lauren Burke ’09
- Mar. 3: The Frank J. Guarini Lecture featuring U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx ’96
- Mar. 5: Leaders in Public Interest Series featuring Luis Moreno Ocampo
- Apr. 7: Leaders in Public Interest Series featuring Jenny Rivera ’85 of the New York State Court of Appeals
